Jesse, this was in response to remarks Bill made on one program last week about getting so many requests that listeners should instead learn to navigate thru the playlists to find answers to their questions. I am saying that many listeners cannot/willnot use the computer to do that. they would rather call or just email a question or request. It sounded like Bill was saying that "you all are to busy to answer in person and we should instead go on our own to find answers". What about persons who don't have a computer or can't use it very well.? Can you spell "don't have enough time to bother"? I am trying to make you guys aware that you are sounding to big for your britches and I for one don't like it. It does not become you!!! If you would read my first message you will see that ther is no question that I'm asking just pointing out a bit of arrogence on your part.

Hi Rick,
We certainly are always very happy to get requests and replies from listeners. What was your question/suggestion?

Has it been that long ago that you have forgotten when you would have been very happy just to be getting any replies or requests from listeners? Some older people I know just don't/won't deal with navigating thru your web site to get to the play lists lookup. Just be happy that folks are still out there and interested enough to even ask a question or make a request! No one is ever to bigh to fail!
