Thank you so much for your "Mozart Birthday Bash." Mozart is totally the finest of all the great composers. No one, in my opinion, is his equal for sheer beauty. I would appreciate your posting his name, as you read it on yesterday's opening, and explaing once again about the "Amadeus," which has all my life been given as his "middle" name. Because I missed a part of what you said, I was unable to explain to my son about Mozart's name.
Thank you again for Mozart. Please keep the good programs coming. One suggestion I would like to make is to hear some more about Thomas Tallis and his music. I've heard just enough to cause me to want to know more about it.

I recently came across a photo of Spike Jones & band. I think he was an inventive, if racous musical clown. In some ways Mozart's inventiveness was so fresh as to be almost clownlike against the staid background of his contemporaries..... so I suggest that you consider featuring a look at musical clowns, maybe with a drift toward the claassical side, but maybe not. I think of Tom Lear, the Limelighters, the "Surprise "symphony. Surely there must be more.
I really enjoy the way you engage music with a curious and not fogbound attitude, and that you are not condescending. Please continue doing your thing for a long time. I hear you on both WBLV/WBLU, Bluelake Public Radio and on Interlocken Public Radio (WIPR??) both in Michigan
