Was very happy to hear the woodwind quintet series, which reminded me of many of the compositions I played when I studied bassoon at the Lebanon Valley Conservatory in Pennsylvania, more than five decades ago. Particularly enjoyed the Hindemith and Taffanel quintets and, of course, the Mozart concerto. I listen to your program religiously and admire your Bernstein-like approach to music appreciation. Please keep it up; do not simply read the name of a composition and play the track, as other classical music program hosts do. In 74 years, I have heard a lot of music but I always learn something new from your programs.
