Greetings!
I learn a lot from your program, and appreciate the opportunity to keep learning after my DMA. Thanks!

I would like to suggest a theme: music from the British Commonwealth. As an ex-pat Canadian, I am surprised and disappointed that I never hear music by Canadian composers on WFMT. For that matter, how about the other Commonwealth countries?

I would like to suggest a one- or two-week journey through the music of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Caribbean (ex-English colonies)? Though only a small portion of the Commonwealth (there are more than 40 more in Africa, Asia, the Mediterranean, and the Pacific), I'm sure there is a wealth of repertoire to explore.

Personally, I would like to see at least three days devoted to Canada. You might not know that the Canadian choral music scene is particularly strong (and renowned), with many current composers adding to the repertoire for adults and children's choirs (of which there are several superb ones that record).

Thank you for your consideration.
