Ruby, I would mention that Bill's "Rod Serling" voice – breathy and soft – turned me off when I first heard it, years ago, because I couldn't hear him well when at a distance from the radio. (I guess I was used to the traditional studio announcers, with their crisp, clearly enunciated speech.) By now, however, I've grown accustomed to his voice.

While listening to some of the Debussy I noticed a few "old friends" in bits of themes that he used in his other works. I find that to be very interesting. And the fact that after studying music for many years, it has taken Bill's program to help me hear the nuances and similarities among pieces by same and different composers. Oh -- and I've noticed that Bill's voice reminds me a bit of Rod Serling. The face, however, bears NO resemblance! Keep up the good work. It's the best background of music class I've ever taken. Thanks!
