That's hands down the best program on WWFM! I'm a fan.
Last week: that was a real good idea to play some modern music. I wouldn't insist on its being exclusively American, btw. Last week's pieces were very nice, and I've learned some names I had no idea about, like Schwantner, for example. I'd love to hear more of it, if possible. Really, we've all heard a lot of Beethoven. I do NOT mean I want stuff like Rihm or Boulez, no, that noise I don't care for, but pretty much everything last week was interesting. Finding new composers is difficult, and a program like last week's is very helpful in that respect.
Also, if possible, could you post your schedules earlier? Like, right now, there's no schedule for this week, yet it's already Monday (sometimes it's your slot already and you're playing something, but the schedule's still not available). I'd like to see what's coming so I can make time for stuff I really want to hear.
