Bill, were you playing a 33 RPM record when you played I loves you Porgy from his Village Vanguard recording. The bass playing came
through my FM radio into my sound system and made the room vibrate as if the bass were here with me. It must be an extraordinary
recording. But was that a 33 or a CD version? A wonderful program on Triios. And the last piece, this Evans Trio rendition of Gershwin...was
hauntingly beautiful. Thank you!
