About the show

Chicago's "most prestigious" author interview series was inaugurated in September 2004. Since then, dozens of internationally-acclaimed writers have come to Chicago to participate in the hour-long live interview, now taped in its new location at the Chicago Public Library's Harold Washington Library Center.

Each taped interview is free and open to the public, and is then broadcast on 98.7WFMT on the Sunday following the live event. Broadcasts begin at noon.
