Amici Voices was founded in 2012 for a performance of Bach’s St. John Passion. Born as an opportunity for some of the best young voices in the United Kingdom to experience first-hand the world of professional consort work, the singers are united by their drive to continue to create their ‘truly wonderful sound’ (Daily Telegraph). At home in the repertoire of the German Baroque, Amici Voices regularly perform Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, Mass in B minor and both Passions in their characteristic small-voice formation. Their latest recording features Bach’s Cantatas Nos. 106 and 182 and the motet Komm, Jesu, komm.
