CHICAGO – February 8, 2022 – Window To The World Communications, Inc. (WWCI), parent organization of WTTW and WFMT, has announced the election of four members of its Board of Trustees, each to 3-year terms.
Jessica G. Adams is a Partner and Vice President of People at Brad’s Deals, an online discount marketplace that is also one of Chicago’s largest and longest-tenured bootstrapped technology companies. Jessica oversees human capital, including: diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employee growth and engagement. Prior to WTTW and WFMT, she was a board member for both Sunset Ridge School District PTO and Northfield Community Nursery School. Elected on October 28, 2021.
Sidney Dillard is Partner and Head of Corporate Investment Banking Division at Loop Capital. Sidney is responsible for relationship management and the team’s business development efforts with corporations across all areas of the firm, including bond underwriting, initial public offerings, at-the-markets, share repurchase, private institutional capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advisory. In addition to WTTW and WFMT, her current boards include Cresco Labs, Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI, IFF (a CDFI), Obama Foundation Inclusion Council, and she serves as Chair for both Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana and Muntu Dance Theatre of Chicago. Elected on October 28, 2021.
Esther “E.T.” Franklin is Chief Strategy/Cultural Fluency Officer at Spark Foundry, a global media agency brand within Publicis Media, a key division of Paris-based Publicis Groupe. E.T. is the creator of the proven end-to-end product development process, HEAT, driving impact, momentum and growth for Spark and its clients, as well as driving the cultural fluency of the organization. In addition to WTTW and WFMT, her current boards include Chicago Urban League, The Family Institute at Northwestern University, The History Makers National Advisory Board’s Advertising/Marketing Committee, and Lurie’s Children’s Hospital Advisory Committee. Elected on January 27, 2022.
Sasha Gerritson is the Opera Director for Northeastern Illinois University as well as the Director of Music Ministries at Park Ridge Community Church. She also has an extensive performing career both as a Soprano and as Choral Conductor. In addition to WTTW and WFMT, her current boards include DePaul University, Goodman Theatre, and the Brookfield Zoo Board/Women’s Board. Elected on June 24, 2021.
