Clarinetist Julian Milkis studied with Benny Goodman. He comes to Chicago for the 75th anniversary performance of the historic premier of Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time. During this Impromptu, he and pianist Yana Reznik will perform the Brahms Clarinet Sonata No. 2, and Yana will play some piano favorites.
