Jaap van Zweden welcomes an “array of New Yorkers” in this wide-ranging program, which samples Ludwig van Beethoven, Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland, and Richard Wagner as well as featuring two world premieres by two participants in the NY Phil‘s Very Young Composers program, Paloma Dineli Chesky (born 2007) and Mack Scocca-Ho (born 2007).
