Wed, 4/26 — Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series: Jiao SunPianist Jiao Sun

Silver medal winner at the 2021 Washington International Piano Competition, Jiao Sun was born in Harbin, China and grew up in Beijing, where she was admitted to the Central Conservatory of Music at age nine. Sun has been serving as piano faculty and collaborative artist-in-residence at Ohio University School of Music since 2021.

Thurs, 4/27 — Oriana Singers

The Oriana Singers have been stretching artistic boundaries since first coming together in 1979. Led by noted conductor William Chin, they have performed throughout the Chicago area and toured nationally and abroad, experimenting with the chemistry of Renaissance songs and contemporary vocal jazz for audiences and singers.
