Born in Chicago in 1913, Thaddeus Kozuch enjoyed a distinguished performance and teaching career in his hometown and beyond. He appeared onstage with the CSO at Symphony Center, with the Grant Park Music Festival, and more. He also held faculty roles at Drake University, Northwestern University, and DePaul University, where he chaired the piano department for over 24 years.
