In the late 1950s, during the first of almost five decades that Studs Terkel hosted programs on WFMT, he presented a creative, music-based series he called “This Is Our Story. “ In this archive hour of the past, Studs weaves together a wide range of songs about rivers, where they go, how they roll along, and the lives lived upon their waters and shores.
