Please fill out the fields below to apply for your choice from a selection of instruments or an online music subscription.

Applications received by April 30, 2026, will be fulfilled on a rolling basis between April 2026 and August 2026. Applications received after April 30, 2026, will be rolled over into our 2026 Fall fulfillment cycle, and fulfilled in November 2026.

Please note that MusicplayOnline has a different application deadline. All MusicplayOnline applications must be submitted by April 15, 2026, to ensure timely fulfillment and prevent gaps in subscription coverage.

Supply for the Bach to School program is limited, and applications are fulfilled in the order in which they are submitted. If we are unable to fulfil your request during the Spring cycle, your application will be rolled over to the Fall cycle and fulfilled in November 2026. You will be notified if your application has been rolled over by the end of May 2026.
