The Sixteen

Led by Harry Christophers, The Sixteen, widely regarded as one of the world’s leading vocal ensembles, presents "Masters of Imitation." The program pays tribute to the musical art of borrowing, reflecting, and transforming. At its heart is the sensual and refined music of Orlando di Lassus and Josquin des Prez, where fragments of earlier works are woven into new, radiant creations. Recorded live in concert June 4, 2026 at the Stockholm Early Music Festival.
