Elbio shares music of two important Argentine composers. Roberto García Morillo, whose music has been performed all over the world, was enormously influential over several generations of Argentine composers. And Carlos López Buchardo, whose work was inspired by ancient music of Argentina. López Buchardo founded the Conservatorio Nacional Superior de Música in Buenos Aires, an institution that later named their music school after him.
