Tao and van Zweden Perform Debussy, Mozart, and Respighi

Music Director Jaap van Zweden conducts a gorgeous program of Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun and Respighi’s Pines of Rome. Conrad Tao presents a thrilling performance of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 17, with a special encore rendition of Billy Strayhorn’s jazz standard Lush Life. This concert was recorded at the state-of-the-art McKnight Center during the orchestra’s residency at Oklahoma State University, and ends with a stirring tribute to the University with a rendition of their Alma Mater hymn.
