Vienna between 1788 and 1809 was the musical capital of the world with Haydn premiering his late works, Mozart completing the works that would serve as his final compositions, and the very early days of Beethoven’s genius. This program serves as a virtual visit with musical bookends of this incredible period from Haydn’s ingenious Piano Trios and Beethoven’s “Harp” Quartet, performed by the Orion String Quartet.
