The St. Charles Singers has announced its 2025-26 season, the Chicago-area vocal ensemble’s 41st. The four-program slate opens in October 2025 and concludes in June 2026, culminating in a Italy concert tour.

Time to Explore launches the season on October 18 and 19. The program connects the rich influences of folk music on classical composers, and samples works from Irish, Hungarian, and American folk traditions as well as a co-commissioned work by Illinois composer Lee Kesselman.

December ushers in a St. Charles Singers holiday institution: Candlelight Carols. The program features Chicago-based, Croatia-born guitarist Goran Ivanovic.

February’s Choral Connections sees the Singers collaborating with Chicago-area high school choruses.

And the season concludes in June with You, Us, Connected, a program of a cappella sacred music from American, African American, German, and Korean traditions. This finale will preview the ensemble’s concert tour of Italy later in June.

Concerts will be held in St. Charles and Wheaton, Illinois.
