This lyrical French work contains exemplary vocal writing with beautiful colors and textures. Pene Pati and Florian Sempey play Nadir and Zurga, whose friendship is tested when the woman they both fell in love with, Leïla (played by Elsa Benoit), re-appears in their lives.
