Alec Baldwin hosts this retrospective on Lorin Maazel, the Philharmonic’s former music director. The 2-hour special features excerpts from over 30 works, recorded over the course of Maazel’s seven-decade relationship with the orchestra, and woven together with interview material taken from his many conversations with producer/director Mark Travis.
