Baroque&Before celebrates its tenth anniversary and Women’s History Month with a program of women composers of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Soprano Ruby Hughes joins Ensemble Molière to perform 18th-century French music by Mademoiselle Laurent, Mademoiselle Duval, and Élisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre.

Tonight’s program was recorded live in concert February 24, 2023 in the BBC Maida Vale Studios, London.
