Andreas Scholl is a renowned German countertenor who gained international recognition in the 1990s performing with the world’s leading Baroque ensembles. Inimitable for his artistic integrity and emotional depth, he remains one of the most respected countertenors of his generation, bridging historically informed authenticity with modern sensitivity in his performances and acclaimed recordings.

Andreas Scholl joins WFMT to share selections from six of his legendary recital albums recently re-released by Harmonia Mundi to mark his 30th anniversary as a recording artist for the label.
