We’ll hear performances of music from opera’s by Mozart, Strauss, and Verdi in our next Ryan Opera Center Recital. Christopher Humbert, Jr. will be heard in Fauré’s song cycle Poème d’un jour and Adia Evans will perform art songs from Menotti’s Canti della lontananza. And there will be music from 20th and 21st century songwriters Lori Laitman, H. Leslie Adams, Stephen Schwartz, and Ricky Ian Gordon.
