Our recital highlights the artistry of three exceptional ensemble members of the Ryan Opera Center. We’ll hear Sankara Harouna in Tchaikovsky’s Six Romances as well as songs by Black American composers Damien Geter and the Grammy winning artist John Legend.  Daniel Luis Espinal will brings us Latin American songs by Miguel Matamoros, Maria Grever, and Alejandro Fernández. He will also perform Charles Tomlinson Griffes’ expressive and intimate Three Poems of Fiona MacLeod. They will be joined by pianist Michael Banwarth.
